Concord Hill, once a Circa 1886 farmhouse, was originally part of a 50-acre spread. Partitioning of the homestead by family reduced the former estate to about twenty-five acres. Over the years, the house had been used as a two-unit apartment and fallen to disrepair. But, in the 1980s, Nick and Karen Cipponeri purchased it, along with one and one half acres of ground.

The home was completely renovated, restoring much of its past warmth and charm. After a stay as guests in 1993, the next owners Jim and Vicki Cunningham agreed to take occupancy of the home. Their plan to continue to run Concord Hill as a bed and breakfast has been another success story in the home's rich history.

In 2007 after a glorious 14 year run the Cunninghams decided to retire and the search for a new steward for their beloved Concord Hill began.

Then along came Maggie Fendelman and George McVicker, two high school sweethearts who were reunited after 30 years and had a dream of running a Bed and Breakfast. It was a perfect match! Maggie and George plan to continue in the same tradition of wonderful hospitality that has been at Concord Hill since the beginning.
